The nylon coating will even allow you to wear your spot magnets while showering. Do not wear raw magnets that are not covered. They can rust if they get wet and they can cause a rash if you are allergic to nickel or any other raw material that is not coated.You can use just one spot magnet with our adhesive patches or place one magnet against skin and a second "sandwiched" outside your garment.
